Business Account Options

When our team orders parts on behalf of a customer, a deposit may be requested to secure the order in accordance with our business account terms. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if the customer changes their mind. We will make every effort to exchange or refund parts where possible, considering the payment options available. However, there are rules we must adhere to with our suppliers, and we are not always able to process refunds or returns for parts, particularly when it relates to warranty claims.

In accordance with our business account terms, if your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs. Additionally, overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 13% p.a., calculated from the period the account is due until the date it is paid. For customers exploring payment options, please note that warranty claims may also be affected by your account status.

Some warranties are available on parts supplied and fitted depending on the business account terms and conditions of the supplier. Warranty does not cover any further labour costs, and warranty claims are subject to our suppliers’ terms and conditions associated with their warranty. Warranty work will only be covered if the repairs are completed by us or an approved associated workshop. Once a vehicle has left our workshop and been repaired by anyone other than our Merimbula Auto without written approval, all warranties are void. Additionally, there are no warranties on second-hand parts or parts supplied by a customer, regardless of the payment options used.
